My name is Cliff Ravenscraft. I am a husband and a father of three. Up until recently, I had worked full time as an independent insurance agent in a family run insurance agency where plans were in place for me to take over the agency after my father retires in a few more years. In December of 2005, my wife and I started a single podcast devoted to the television show, LOST. Our lives have never been the same since. In the first two years, I had launched as many as twenty podcasts and have assisted many other people in get started in the field of podcasting for themselves.

After a while, I started to notice that while I was at work, my mind was consumed with the thought of podcasting and interacting with the community of people that we had developed around the shows that we produced. In September of 2007, I sat down with my father and explained that I was resigning my position from the family business and that I would be starting my own business as a full time podcaster and new media professional.

Effective January 1st, 2008, I officially launched Ravenscraft Media, LLC. I operate all my podcast consulting work as well as produce and monetize all our personal shows under the business name ‘gspn.tv - Generally Speaking Production Network‘.

CliffRavenscraft.com is a mixture between a personal and professional blog. However it is also home of my favorite podcast that I produce called the “Podcast Answer Man.” You can subscribe to this blog’s feed just as you would any other blog using the rss link below. However, if you use the rss link or the iTunes link in a podcatcher, like iTunes, you’ll be able to have all the episodes of the “Podcast Answer Man” delivered to you whenever I release a new episode.
